About Me

Introduction:
I work independently and have been based in Hampshire since 1998. Before I became self-employed I worked mainly in the public sector in health promotion and adult education in Leeds, Newcastle, Edinburgh and Somerset. I am married with two children.

Values:
It is important to me that I deliver on quality and that client expectations are met or exceeded.

It is evident from the nature of my work that I value open and honest communication and its contribution to personal development.

I particularly value and respect congruence – when our behaviour is consistent with our thoughts and feelings, when we say what we mean and do what we say.

Qualities:
I am confident and comfortable with the process of conflict resolution - I see the potential and opportunity arising from difficulties.

I have wide ranging experience in personal development - I bring value-added experience as part of the consultancy.

I am attentive to detail and quality - I go the extra mile.

I have very good time management and organisational skills - I get things done and I deliver on time.

I have good interpersonal skills - I work well with the most senior and the least senior staff in an organisation.
