Recruiting for attitude

Triggered by the situation in a company I'm working with, I've become very interested in this whole area. I've had some interesting discussions with some interesting people who have different approaches and experience to me. It's inspiring to receive the generosity of people who have knowledge to share.

I'm particularly interested in intuition when recruiting for attitude. Watch this space. And let me know your views or experiences.
