A Milestone
It's been quite a journey from our first suggestions about a conference on emotional intelligence to the AppliedEI conference - Maximising Your Organisation's Potential which took place last Wednesday, 20 September.
As the Vice Chair of the CAEI Trust there were many special moments throughout the day:
Tim Sparrow opening the conference, the launch of Tim & Amanda's book AppliedEI - the Importance of Attitudes in Developing Emotional Intelligence and Dr Richard Stevens keynote on Happiness.
It was great to meet so many of you, to network and to share your interest in applied EI to make a difference and to achieve potential. Thank you too for all your feedback.
Those of you who were interested in the Potential Minus Interference programme (that formed the content of the session Congruence at the Core) can read more about it via the case studies and testimonials on the Top Team Development page.
Similarly, if you are interested in my book me + you = you can order it online via this website. Don't forget your free downloadable notebook to accompany it on the me + you = page.
Make sure you've subscribed to the free ezine AppliedEI (see next column on this homepage) to keep up to date with all the CAEI developments, programmes and products.
And do keep in touch!
