Creativity and the Beginner's Mind
Those of you familiar with our work will know that we sometimes refer to Beginner's Mind ~ the attitude of not worrying about being wrong, of not holding back for fear of a mistake, the willingness of curiosity so necessary for creativity.
In this TED lecture, Ken Robinson entertains the audience with examples of why this approach (that children are so good at) is essential for creativity.
