You'll know I'm a fan of Michael Bungay Stanier's work from previous postings on this blog. Here's his latest movie to accompany the launch of his new book Find Your Great Work.

My favourite is #4. If everyone's happy, then you're not doing great work. "Scepticism, disappointment and resistance are measures of success.!
