Burn out is a consenting activity

This comment was left as part of a posting on the ukhrd network in response to a discussion on resilience and recovery from burn out. I believe this particular comment is worth highlighting for reflection and is in the same category as the Eleonar Roosevelt You cannot make me feel inferior without my permission.
The contributor recommends Marshall Rosenberg's book "Non-Violent Communication: A Language for Life"
