PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.
This Successful People Intelligence End-User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either a sole-trader, a business, company or firm, or a single entity such as a government department, school or charity) and Successful People Intelligence (a business registered in the United Kingdom) for the COACTING STYLES training materials which include streaming video accessed via the Successful People Intelligence website as well as "online" or electronic documentation ("COACTING STYLES"). The COACTING STYLES also includes any updates and supplements to the original COACTING STYLES provided to you by Successful People Intelligence. The COACTING STYLES resource is not a consumer product and is not designed for use by private individuals. By accessing, downloading or otherwise using the COACTING STYLES, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not use the COACTING STYLES.

COPYRIGHT
The COACTING STYLES is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The COACTING STYLES is licensed, not sold. All title and copyrights in and to the COACTING STYLES (including but not limited to any images, photographs, video, audio, music, and text incorporated into the COACTING STYLES), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the COACTING STYLES are owned by Successful People Intelligence or its suppliers. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content that may be accessed through use of the COACTING STYLES is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This EULA grants you no rights to use such content. You may make further printed copies of the downloadable printed materials accompanying the COACTING STYLES but all copies must include all references to Successful People Intelligence and Successful People Intelligence copyright. You may not make extracts of the downloadable printed materials or alter, adapt, merge, modify or translate the COACTING STYLES in any way for any purpose.

LICENCE FOR USE
This EULA grants you the following rights in respect of your licence to use the COACTING STYLES:

• Access to the COACTING STYLES. Under a single licence, you may access, display, run, or otherwise interact with ("RUN") a single copy of COACTING STYLES on a computer, workstation, terminal, handheld PC, "smart phone," or other digital electronic device ("COMPUTER"). If you wish to run more than one copy, you must purchase the appropriate number of licences. COACTING STYLES may not be used on or distributed to a greater number of computers than you have licences. If you use with, or distribute the Software to, multiple users, you must ensure that the number of users does not exceed the number of licenses you have obtained, or you will be in breach of this Agreement
• Sharing licences. Your licence or licences for the COACTING STYLES may not be shared.
• COACTING STYLES Transfer. The initial licensee of the COACTING STYLES may make a one-time permanent transfer of this EULA and COACTING STYLES only directly to an end user. This transfer must include all of the COACTING STYLES (including all component parts, the media and printed materials, any upgrades, and this EULA). Such transfer may not be by way of consignment or any other indirect transfer. The transferee of such one-time transfer must agree to comply with the terms of this EULA, including the obligation not to further transfer this EULA and the COACTING STYLES. If the transfer involves a change of username, you must contact Successful People Intelligence in order for the transfer to take effect.
• Termination. Your licence is effective upon your acceptance of this EULA and accessing the COACTING STYLES. You may terminate this EULA at any time by destroying all physical copies of the COACTING STYLES and notifying Successful People Intelligence of the termination of your account. Successful People Intelligence may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms of this EULA. Upon termination, for any reason whatsoever, you must destroy all copies of the COACTING STYLES and all of its component parts in any form in your possession or under your control.
• Provision of the COACTING STYLES is via the internet. Successful People Intelligence will try to provide the COACTING STYLES with minimum disruptions. However Successful People Intelligence cannot guarantee that the COACTING STYLES will always function without disruptions, delay or other imperfections. Since the COACTING STYLES will be transmitted through public internet lines and the public wireless network, you understand and agree that you may experience some disruptions when accessing the COACTING STYLES, e.g. packet loss and delay. Additionally, you also understand and agree that transmissions to or from the public wireless network are not encrypted and as such, could be potentially subject to eavesdropping by law enforcement officials or other third parties over the public Internet. Additionally, you also understand and confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• Repairing or improving the COACTING STYLES. Successful People Intelligence is entitled, without any liability, to refuse, limit, suspend and/or interrupt the COACTING STYLES service, for any reason whatsoever, at its own discretion and without any notice to you.
• Limitations on Use. Except as permitted by this EULA, you may not, and nor may you permit others to, use, copy or transfer the COACTING STYLES; distribute, rent, loan, lease, sub-license or otherwise deal in the COACTING STYLES; alter, adapt, merge, modify or translate the COACTING STYLES in any way for any purpose, including, without limitation, for error correction; remove, change or obscure any product identification or notices of proprietary rights and restrictions on or in the COACTING STYLES.
• Not for Resale. You may not resell, or otherwise transfer for value, the COACTING STYLES.
• Separation of Components. The COACTING STYLES is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one COMPUTER.
• Trademarks. This EULA does not grant you any rights in connection with any trademarks or service marks of Successful People Intelligence.
• Reservation of Rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Successful People Intelligence.

UPDATES.
Successful People Intelligence may, from time to time, revise or update the COACTING STYLES. In so doing, Successful People Intelligence incurs no obligation to furnish such revision or updates to you.

DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES.
You assume responsibility for, among other things, (i) the selection of the COACTING STYLES to achieve your intended results, (ii) the acquisition of other software (including any programming or operating system software) and/or equipment compatible with the COACTING STYLES, and (iii) the installation, use and results obtained from the COACTING STYLES.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Successful People Intelligence or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the COACTING STYLES. Because some states and jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, the above limitation may not apply to you.

CUSTOMER REMEDIES FOR FULL LICENCES.
Successful People Intelligence's and its suppliers' entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at Successful People Intelligence's option return of the price paid, if any, provided you are the original purchaser and provided that you return to Successful People Intelligence a copy of your receipt. This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the COACTING STYLES has resulted from accident, abuse, or misapplication. If Successful People Intelligence returns the price paid, you must destroy all copies of written materials and your account will be revoked as will the accounts of any additional users who may have created an account as part of the licence.

REFUND POLICY.
Successful People Intelligence cannot accept returns of downloadable resources. Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management.

If for some reason a link to a resource does not work, please contact Successful People Intelligence within 96 hours of your purchase. We will try to correct the link. If, however, due to our fault the resource is still not available, we will issue a full refund.

Please read through all the information about the resource to ensure that the resource is what you want. Please view the video on the COACTING STYLES page which gives more information about the resource. If you are able to view the video, then you will also be able to view the streamed videos that are a part of the resource.

GENERAL.
If any part of this EULA is held by a court or competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable the validity of the remainder of this EULA will not be affected. This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Each party hereby irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts in England to resolve all controversies or claims of whatever nature arising out of or relating to this EULA.

You acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand it and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You further agree that it is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and successful people intelligence which supersedes any proposal or prior agreement, oral or written, and any other communications between you and successful people intelligence or successful people intelligence's agent(s) relating to the coacting styles.
