“People work best when they feel good about themselves”

This quote is taken from Henry Stewart, founder and Chief Executive of Happy, the computer training company (11th in the Financial Times list of best UK workplaces, May 2006). He added, “so the role of management here is to help people feel good.”

It is another concept and statement that has applied emotional intelligence at its core.

Increasing self awareness and boosting self esteem are the starting points to achieve people feeling good.
If people work best when they feel good, performance improves and profits increase as a result.
